In line with the latest Government advice please ensure you wear a face covering when you visit any of our sites.
All branches are now open and providing Delivery, Click & Collect, and walk in services. Our Branch phone lines are extremely busy at present so the best way to place your order is via our website, and if you need to contact your local branch please do this by email.
Delivery lead times are currently averaging 3 working days. Once your order is received a member of our branch team will be in touch to confirm your delivery date. Please do not call the branch – we will call you 24 hours prior to your delivery being available.
Click & Collect orders placed online will be ready for collection within 15 minutes, there is no need to call the branch to arrange a time slot.
Managed ‘walk ins’ are now possible at all of our sites, but please be prepared to queue as we carry out controlled access to our premises.
Strict safe operating procedures are in place, and site specific risk assessments have been carried out, to ensure our colleagues and customers are able to adhere to the Government social distancing advice and our own in-house procedures at all times. Each of our sites are displaying our Covid-19 Secure Certificate in line with Government guidelines, so you can rest assured we have done everything we can to make visiting us as safe as possible.
