COVID -19 Business Update

As per the instruction from Government, Alsford remains open for business throughout the current lockdown.

All Alsford sites are Covid-19 Secure, plus we have strict company-wide safe operating procedures in place and site specific risk assessments have been carried out. In addition, all locations are displaying the NHS Track & Trace QR code to provide further reassurance that we are doing all we can to minimise any risks.

Should you visit any of our sites please ensure you wear a face covering at all times, and maintain a distance of 2M from our colleagues and other customers.

Our Branch phone lines are extremely busy so the best way to place your order is via our website, and if you need to contact your local branch please do this by email.

Delivery lead times are currently averaging 2-3 working days. Once your order is received a member of our branch team will be in touch to confirm your delivery date. Please do not call the branch – we will call you to arrange delivery.

Click & Collect orders placed online will be ready for collection within 15 minutes, there is no need to call the branch to arrange a time slot.

✓ We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared our Safe Operating Procedures with all staff.
✓ We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.
✓ We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home.
✓ We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace.
✓ Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
