Spruce plywood from Finland complies to BS 5268 CE level 2, EN standards and PEFC for sustainability. All of these plywoods are fully WBP.

Variety of panels available, all complying with BS5268 from Canada and Chile, medium density overlay products offer panels of a consistent, smooth and non-glossy surface to enable reuse and maximise cost efficiency.

Widely accepted as one of the most versatile of panels offering smooth surfaces and a uniformly dense core. With no marked imperfections, the product is ideal for machining and cutting. Full range of standard and V313 (moisture resistant) sizes available.

General purpose alternative to plywood, OSB is manufactured from wood strands blended with synthetic adhesive and wax. Fully FSC certified, OSB2 is approved for non structural applications while OSB3 is approved for any structural end use.

Standard grade available for use in the manufacture of furniture and general applications in a wide range of thicknesses and size. Also, tongue and grooved flooring panels 2400mm x 600mm in P4 and P5 (moisture resistant) grades in 18mm and 22mm thickness. All available from stock.

All types of standard, perforated, oil tempered and flame retardant offered from sources in Finland and Eastern Europe. All boards are held in stock in 2440mm x 1220mm with standard hardboard also available in 1220mm x 610mm.

Manufactured with a phenolic film overlay, from the Far East and Brazil, usually on 18mm plywood, this product offers an opportunity for a high quality finish and is used in such applications as vehicle building, sports arenas and packing cases.

From Indonesia and Brazil, a choice of blanks are available according to customer needs. Standard sizes up 2135mm x 915mm and 2440mm x 1220mm with solid core construction held in stock while other sizes are available upon request.

Manufactured from waste newsprint, high quality pin boards are offered in well-known grades of ‘K’ ‘Colourboard’ ‘A’ and ‘FR’ (Fire retardant). In addition, specialised notice boards and dry wipes can be offered on a bespoke basis.

Hardibacker 250 is recommended for floor and counter top applications, whilst 500 is recommended for wall applications. If additional height is required, the tile backerboard may be used for floor or worktop applications.

All our branches with service mills are able to cut to size small quantities of sheet materials from stock. Our production facility at Erith offers a computerised cut to size service from a beam saw giving minimum waste and maximum efficiency, which means we can process large volumes of sheets quickly and competitively.
